    After founding and operating three successful medical companies from 2005–2013, Dan co-founded Southern Shore Development in 2012, specializing in custom home building and land acquisition. The company averaged ten homes per year and consistently generated over $5 million in annual revenue—proof of his ability to turn opportunity into impact.

    John Wolfington is an accomplished real estate developer with a proven record of transforming land and communities into thriving destinations. He began his career in 1997 with the O'Neill Property Group, and by 2000, he founded Greystone Capital Partners, a full-service investment and development company. Under his leadership, Greystone operated and developed more than 5,000 acres of residential real estate across the Northeast, including golf course communities, active adult neighborhoods, and strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Pulte, D.R. Horton, and Ryan Homes.

    Over the course of his career, John has developed more than 5 million square feet of commercial, retail, and residential space, leading projects ranging from $2 million ventures to $125 million master-planned communities. He has also spearheaded the transformation of obsolete brownfield factory sites into thriving mixed-use destinations, redefining what's possible in development.
