Dan Metzler is a seasoned entrepreneur known for wearing many hats. He is especially well versed in the marketing industry, medical device sales, and real estate development. He has extraordinary people skills and appreciates those with a passion to grow.
From 2005-2013 Dan formed three different companies related to the medical field. SciMedica Group was a medical communications and pharmaceutical research and marketing group. Healthcare Device Solutions filled a void in the ever-changing ever-costly medical device arena. Healthcare Finance Solutions specialized in providing innovations and budget-friendly financing and lending options to cover patient out-of-pocket expenses associated with elective procedures. While Dan’s focus and expertise has always been in the medical field, he took an interest in the construction industry.
In 2012, Dan and his partner Frank created Southern Shore Development, specializing in custom home building and land acquisition. Dan ran the day-to-day operations with his focus on sales, budgets and expanding the company. They averaged about 10 homes a year ranging from 1800-3500 square foot in size primarily in the South Jersey Region with yearly revenues of $5 million.
Dan’s business success is built on his core values focusing on the simple premise of accountability, customer service that raises the bar and creating a solution for the increasing costs of manufacturing and business enterprise.
